Premier Pet Products LLC is based in Pennsylvania and only ships within the United States. All orders are fulfilled through our supplier, DOBA, and are subject to their terms and procedures.
Orders & Payments
We accept payments through Authorize.net. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. Payment must be completed before orders are processed.
Shipping
We ship exclusively within the United States. All shipping timelines and methods follow DOBA’s policies. Delays due to suppliers, holidays, weather, or other unforeseen events are possible.
Returns & Refunds
Our return and refund process is based on DOBA’s policy. Please refer to our separate Return & Refund Policy document for details.
Limitation of Liability
Premier Pet Products LLC is not liable for damages beyond the value of the products purchased. Products are sold ‘as-is’ as provided by our suppliers.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, USA. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of Pennsylvania.
