At Premier Pet Products LLC, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We follow DOBA’s return and refund rules, simplified here for your convenience.

Timeframe

You must request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please provide clear photos or videos as proof. Suppliers may provide a prepaid return label, and refunds are issued once the return is confirmed.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Some suppliers may not allow cancellations, but we will do our best to assist.

Non-Defective Returns

Returns for reasons other than defects (buyer’s remorse) may be accepted by suppliers. In such cases, a restocking fee of up to 35% may apply.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are generally processed within 3 business days once approved. Redelivery requests are processed within 5 business days, subject to stock availability.
